Messages from the Masters Just as love brings healing to our relationships, understanding brings a lessening of fear. Understanding opens the window through which love’s gentle breeze blows away our doubts and anxieties, refreshing our souls and nurturing our relationships.” –Excerpt from the book Who are these masters anyway? I do have a problem with the idea of masters that you have to believe in, but the wisdom of what they convey is unmistakable. In reading this book the message of love and compassion comes through very clearly, and it is absolutely undeniable that compassion is better than anger, and that love is better than hate. It is up to us to find the true nature of ourselves, which is a spiritual one, which becomes obvious when reading this book. I had a particularly difficult time even trying to find one quote for this book because there are so many passages full of insightful thoughts and ideas that I could have easily selected another 10. This is a spiritual book that was beating me over the head until I finally said, “Okay, okay, I got it now.” After reading Messages from the Masters, I ended up feeling that I didn’t really care who the masters were but I was glad this book was written because it helped me a lot in my own struggle to find the compassion that I know is inside of me. The author, shares his own experiences, those of his past-life regressed patients, information from the masters, and others, to help us understand our true nature, and how to live our lives in harmony and compassion. Highly recommended reading for anyone looking to enrich their lives and get an overview of life and death from a spiritual perspective.
