Brian Weiss, author of Many Lives, Many Masters, has created a CD with a small book accompanying it that takes the listener through a regression session, such as you would get from a regression/hypnosis session at their office. But now you can have this healing CD to play at your leisure in your own surroundings.

Having been to the Weiss Institute in Florida, and experienced past life regression first hand, I can honestly say the CD didn’t produce the same results that I had with a live person leading me through the regression, but I do not doubt that this exercise will be helpful to just about everyone that takes the time to listen to it, freely and openly.

The book accompanying the CD provides a written transcript of the regression session as well as useful tips about hypnosis and regression. You are essentially buying the CD with the book included rather than the other way round.

When we are grieving we need all the help we can get, and this regression/healing CD does what your neighbors and friends can’t do. It focuses you on healing and going back in time to help you with any issues that may need further exploration. In the likely event that you don’t go back in time you are left with a relaxing feeling that is most welcome.

I would highly recommend this CD to anyone needing to have something to put
on each night to help them relax and focus, when getting ready to go to bed, rather than focusing on unpleasant memories or thoughts. It is possible to attain a deeper state of relaxation and consciousness using the CD than through thinking about a flower or meditating on a candle, which some people call meditation, although I don’t.
